✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Long‐range ^13^C^1^H coupling constants were measured by using multiple‐site selective excitation followed by polarization transfer and acquisition under band‐selective proton decoupling conditions. The multiple‐site proton decoupling eliminates splittings due to homonuclear spin couplings, thereby in practice simplifying the measurement of coupling constants from the anti‐phase splittings. In addition, the sensitivity is improved by approximately 50%.
