## Abstract In this paper, the vapour transport of PbBr~2~ under vacuum during vacuum distillation refining and its condensation on the wall of the vessel were described. The macroβ and micro morphologies of PbBr~2~ crystals grown in the vessel (glass tube) were studied. The crystal shape changed d

β¦ Synopsis
Hollow crystals of Bi,Se,S have been grown from vapour. Crystals show open lateral surface and the length of the crystals is 6 to 7 mm. An explanation is given for the growt,h mechanism of the hollow crystals.
