Polycrystalline thin films of CdZnTe and CdMnTe have been grown by molecular beam epitaxy and metal-organic chemical vapor deposition, respectively, on CdS/SnO2/glass substrates, with bandgaps of 1.65-1.75 eV for the top of a two-cell tandem design. P-i-n cells were fabricated and tested using Ni/p+
