The Green's function analysis of substituted and perturbed molecules is applied to the study of the vibrations of dibromogermane. The isotopic rules for the perturbation GeHnBr2 -\* GeDzBr2 are formulated and solved to arrive at the mixing parameter for each species of this molecule. The potential e
