โœฆ Synopsis

The Green's function analysis of substituted and perturbed molecules is applied to the study of the vibrations of dibromogermane. The isotopic rules for the perturbation GeHnBr2 -* GeDzBr2 are formulated and solved to arrive at the mixing parameter for each species of this molecule. The potential energy constants, mean amplitudes of vibration and Coriolis coupling constants are computed and compared with available literature values.

A new form of the Green 'sfunction for a gyrotropic medium is found. It contains I D nonsingular integrals only. Numerical investigation of the received Green's function was done, and areas of low attenuation were revealed. In the high-frequency case the Green's function is expressed Llia elementary
