## Abstract An actin‐like substance has been detected in the post‐acrosomal region of mammalian spermatozoa by indirect immunofluorescence. The antigen was localized using an anti‐actin antiserum from a patient with active chronic hepatitis. The actin‐like contractile proteins may be important in s
