## Abstract We report three cases of autopsy‐proven Binswanger's disease (subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy) with unusual clinical features. Two patients had supranuclear gaze disturbances, early gait dysfunction, and speech disorders suggestive of progressive supranuclear palsy. One of t
