The effects of second phase particles, e.g. kf2,C6. MC and M(C, N) carbides on the grain growth phenomenon of Fe-Ni-Cr alloys have been determined. Various theoretical models on grain coarsening have been compared. The grain size at all stages of grain coarsening was dependent on the undissolved car
