This experiment studied the extinction rates of PGR to the perception of color, form, and shading to test the validity of Rorschach's assumption regarding color and affect. The data from eighteen male and eighteen female non-psychology college students support the assumption, and also the hypothesis that women are affectively more responsive than men.
