## Abstract The ^1^H and ^13^C NMR resonances for ractopamine hydrochloride have been assigned. H,H‐COSY and H,C‐COSY were used to assign the aliphatic moiety of the molecule and to correlate protons and carbons on the same ring system. Long‐range selective proton decoupling (LSPD) experiments were

Abstract
The alkaloid picrasidine‐G was isolated from Picrasma quassioides. This alkaloid has previously been reported as a new natural product, but its ^13^C NMR signals still remain unassigned and some ambiguities remains in the proton assignments. Analysis of the ^1^H and ^13^C NMR spectra and 1 D NOE and 2D NMR spectra led to the unambiguous assignment of the ^1^H and ^13^C signals of picrasidine‐G.

The combination of these three techniques is very powerful for the a
