Relationships between the generalized di raction integral formula for angular spectrum through any misaligned optical system in spatial-frequency domain and the fractional Fourier transform are bridged in this paper, which provides a new description of the di raction of any misaligned optical system in spatial-frequency domain. Some special cases are also analyzed.
