LATINFOODS a branch of INFOODS was reorganized during the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations/Sociedad Latinoamericana de Nutritie (Society of Latin American Nutrition) (FAO/SLAN)/LATINFOODS Symposium in Guatemala, November 1997. The new structure has three committees, 19 nationa
