Commercially available fluorous-tethered reagents are employed to quench excess reactants and remove known impurities from crude reaction mixtures generated via solution phase parallel synthesis. Fluorous quenching reagents are expediently removed via FluoroFlashβ’ SPE columns to afford products in high yields and purities.
