## Abstract A phytochemical investigation of __Toona ciliata__ var. __ciliata__ afforded three new polyynes, **1**–**3**. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. Only compound **3** exhibited potent cytotoxicity against the HL‐60 cell line with
