UV photoelectron spectra of poly(N-vioylcarbazole) (PVCz) and 1 I 1 alternatin B copolymers of N-vinykarbazole in thin films have been measured to determine their threshold ionization potentials (Is )\_ The IF values of the copolymers are found to be higher than that of PVCz by 0.1 to 0.3 eV\_
