Burning velocity for quiscent dust-air mixture is equal to ratio of flame speed for turbulized and turbulization factor. It is suggested that turbulization factors for dust-air mixture and gas-air mixture are equal in identical gas-dynamic conditions. To evaluate turbulization factor the ratio of fl

✦ Synopsis
The main approaches to estimation of economical consequences of fires have been developed in 70-th.
The World Fire Statistics Center that belongs to U.N.O. (United Nations Organization) study problems of fire data collections at world level.
However the World Centre of Fire Statistics does not analyze value magnitude of fire consequences. Economical fire losses include direct and indirect damage, cost of Fire Service, cost of Fire Prevention Systems and Fire Insurance.
Data on direct and indirect damage concerning 20 countries of Europe, America, Asia and Australia are presented in the paper.
Cost of Fire Prevention Systems as a share of national gross income is significantly scattered from 0.15% to 0.7%.
Cost of fire insurance is comparable with cost of Fire Service.
Approximately social expenses on fire fighting and fire losses are in average 0.86% of national gross income.
Cost of Fire Service twice exceeds fire losses. Some tendencies are revealed in correlation "expenses/losses" for different countries. The higher is this correlation, the lower is share of fire damage in national gross income.
For the last 4-5 years the upheavals in direction of fire safety intensification take place in studied countries.
Additional information is necessary for more detailed research. Statistical analyses of the total economical factors permit to prove and to develop priority directions in improvement of fire fighting.
