## Abstract Smโ€doped bismuth titanate and random oriented Bi~4โ€“__x__~Sm__~x~__Ti~3~O~12~ (BST) thin films were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO~2~/Si substrates using a pulsed laser deposition method. The structures and the ferroelectric properties of the films were investigated. Sm doping leads to a marked

Natural-superlattice-structured ferroelectric thin films, Bi 3 TiNbO 9 -Bi 4 Ti 3 O 12 (BTN-BIT), have been synthesized on Pt/Ti/SiO 2 /Si by metal organic decomposition (MOD) using BTN-BIT (1 mol:1 mol) solution. BTN-BIT films show natural-superlattice peaks below 2ฮธ = 20 โ€ข in X-ray diffraction pat
