✦ Synopsis

In the present work we have shown the features of superradiance in quantum heterostructures. Experiments were carried out with GaAs=In 0:16 Ga0:84As=GaAs quantum heterostructures. Dependencies of the shape of a spectrum as well as integrated intensity of radiation on pumping level in quantum heterostructure with quantum well have been investigated. Calculated dependence of the Dicke time relaxation D on exciting power allows one to estimate conditions for stabilization of magnitude and pulse duration of the generated optical pulses.
