Three glutathione conjugates of acetaminophen were characterized by fast atom bombardmentlmass spectrometry (FABlMS) and fast atom bombardmentlmass spectrometryhass spectrometry (FABlMSlMS). The conjugates, 3-(glutathion-S-yl)acetaminophen, 3-(glutathion-S-yl)diacetaminophen and 3-(diglutathion-S-yl

β¦ Synopsis
Fast atom bombardment mass spectra of a series of phospholipids are reported. Abundant molecular ions are noted together with fragment ions which provide structural information about the acyl and phosphate ester groupings. The application of fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry to the analysis of complex phospholipid(phosphatidy1choline) mixtures is discussed.
π SIMILAR VOLUMES
Chemical ionization and fast atom bombardment mass spectra of a series of phospholipids related to PAF-acether are reported. The usefulness of these methods towards their structural determination is discussed. The mass spectra of sphingomyelin are also examined.
