## Abstract ## Background. The authors report on leiomyosarcoma after previously treated squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) at the glottis. ## Methods. Primary tumor and relapses were investigated morphologically, immunohistochemically, and with molecular methods. ## Results. The SCC was typical, b
