## Abstract Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is an autosomal dominant syndrome in which affected individuals develop nervous system abnormalities that might reflect astrocyte dysfunction. The __TSC2__ gene product, tuberin, encodes a GTPaseβactivating protein (GAP) domain, which regulates the activ
