The reduced nuclear matrix elements of Tables 4-9 should be multiplied by a factor ~v/2/W/~f ~'-1. The Zeff factor of Ford and Wills paper which had been used erroneously in the calculation of the muon capture rates is removed now. The corrected capture rates are shown in Table 1 below.
