β¦ Synopsis
The variation in excess thermodynamic properties such as molar volume, viscosity, dielectric constant, Gibbs energy of activation of flow, and surface tension have been determined for Γ Ε½ . Ε½ . 4 Γ ethylene carbonate EC q dimethyl carbonate DMC and propylene carbonate Ε½ .
Ε½ .4 PC q dimethyl carbonate DMC , as a function of mole fraction over the entire composition range, at T s 298.15 K or 313.15 K. Polynomial regressions have been fitted with the results. From all these results, qualitative and semi-quantitative information has been obtained about the strength and nature of the interactions between the molecules.
