## Abstract The temperature dependence of dielectric and piezoelectric behavior of Pb(Zn~1/3~ Nb~2/3~)~0.91~Ti~0.09~O~3~ single crystals has been investigated for samples poled at different fields along [0 0 1] direction. An increase in rhombohedral to tetragonal phase‐transition temperature (__T__
