A BS TRA C T
This study reports the results of measurements carried out at different Jordanian factories. The measured noise level is compared with that specified by the International Standard Organization (ISO). It is found that for the same noise level data, the noise exposure time of employees in factories exceeds the maximum allowable time specified by the ISO.
