Precise electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopic studies have been done for KxCM). Three ESR peaks corresponding to the three important crystal phases of K,C, (face-centered cubic K&, body-centered tetragonal KJ& and body-centered cubic KJ&,) are reported. From the temperature dependencies of the

In this communication, we first used [60]fullerene as initiator to initiate the bulk polymerization of N-vinylcarbazole (NVC) monomer at 70ยฐC (slightly higher than the melting point temperature, 65ยฐC, of NVC). A reasonable polymerization reaction pathway via C 60 -NVC ion-radical pairs is suggested.
The phenomena of aggregation and coalescence of fullerenes in the UVlaser ablation time-of-flight mass spectrometric investigation of C 60 -modified poly(Nvinylcarbazole) both in the positive and in the negative ion channels have been observed. The results indicate that in C 60 chemically modified P
