Net revenue for the third quarter of 2002 amounted to $313.9 million -a 0.6% decrease from the third quarter of 2001. Reduced volume and pricing accounted for decreases of 1.5% and 1.4%, respectively, while positive currency effects resulted in an increase of 2.3%, says the company.
Net revenue from Global Adhesives decreased by 0.4%, compared with the corresponding period a year earlier. Operating income in the third quarter for Global Adhesives was $14.7 million, a decrease of $2.5 million compared with the third quarter of 2001.
