Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandti) exposed to cold (571 1C) or warm (2371 1C) showed some physiological and biochemical variations which might be important in adaptation to their environments. Cold acclimation induced increases in resting metabolic rate (RMR) and the serum triiodothyronine (T 3 )
