## Abstract **Objectives**: Endovascular stenting of aneurysms late after surgical repair of coarctation may have to deal with marked changes in aortic diameter proximal and distal to the aneurysm. We report our firstβinβman successful use of a customβmade tapered (variable diameter) covered stent.
