โฆ Synopsis
A design is given for an electrophoresis tank suitable for running up to 10 slab gels in one run. The volume of the tank is sufficiently small that it is economic to dispense with the buffered electrolyte after two or three runs. Electric leakage around the plates is small and the organization of the plates in the tank allows for adequate cooling.
