The mass spectra of several fluoroalkyl, fluoroalkenyl and fluoroacyl complexes of manganese, rhenium, iron and ruthenium carbonyls are described. After loss of carbonyl groups, fluoroalkyl compounds eliminate an olefin, with formation of metal halide species. A trifluorovinyl complex shows a novel
