We have performed LDA calculations of structure, phonon frequencies, and the elecuon-phonon interaction. We find good agreement with available data and estimate: X=I. Saddlepoints 20 meV below the Fermi level arc important.
We have used non-resonant microwave absorption to study c-axis YBazCuaO7\_6/PrBa2Cu307\_ 6 superlanices and compare the response to a film of similarly grown YBa2Cu307\_~ (YBCO). Near the respective transition temperatures, the response of the supedattice samples and the YBCO film have similar ampli
