## Abstract A sensitive chemiluminescence method, based on the enhancive effect of norfloxacin on the reaction between luminol and dissolved oxygen in a flow injection system, was proposed for the determination of norfloxacin. The increment of the chemiluminiscence intensity was proportional to the
