Using simple numerical techniques, this paper shows that the fluid-structural coupled response of piston type transducers in underwater arrays can be easily determined. Transfer matrix methods are used to establish the equations that describe the structural behaviour of the transducer. Acoustic mutu

Effects of nonlinearities in power ultra
✍ N. PΓ©rez Alvarez; N. Noris Franceschetti; J.C. Adamowski πŸ“‚ Article πŸ“… 2010 πŸ› Elsevier 🌐 English βš– 582 KB

This paper presents the characterization of nonlinearities in a Langevin-type ultrasonic power transducer using pulse excitations and a time reversal focalization technique. The nonlinear behavior of this power transducer is evaluated analyzing the signal obtained after focalization in time reversal

Effect of mutual coupling in adaptive ar

## Abstract In this paper, the effect of mutual coupling on adaptive array antenna is investigated. Through an example of a two‐element dipole array, it is shown that the effect of the mutual coupling is detrimental on adaptive array and can not be neglected. A method proposed in the literature to
