Up to 1.5 mol% Nb O was added to 9 mol% Y O -stabilized ZrO . According to an XRD analysis, the addition of 2 5 2 3 2 Nb O did not change the cubic structure of YSZ. As a result of the repulsion effect of the grain-boundary interface and the 2 5 preferential segregation of Y O , the Nb O segregation
