✦ Synopsis

The electrical conductivity of KI solutions in anhydrous acetonitrile has been determined at 0, 25 and 35Β°C in the concentration range 0.9-600 x 1O-d mole/l. The values of AO, K and a calculated from the results are, respectively: 145.9 mho/cm, 0.95 x 10e8 and 1.72 A at O'C; 186.2 mho/cm, 8.98 x 1O-8 and 4.6 A at 25Β°C; and 2w8 mho/cm, 5.17 x lo-" and 3.5 A at 35Β°C. The. phoreograms at all the three temperatures are catabatic at lower concentration, but become anabatic at 0.017,0.022 and 0.024 respectively, at 0,25 and 35Β°C.
