✦ Synopsis

Results are reported of high-precision measurements on electric and magnetic properties of the isotopic species of earbonyl sul&hide by molecular-beam

electric-resonance spectroscopy.

The properties obtained are the electric dipoie moment, the molecular magnetic moment, the anisotropy in the magnetic susceptibility, the motecuiar quadrupoIe moment, and the spin-rotation constant and the magnetic shielding anisotropy for the 13~ nueteus in %13~3%.

The pure rotational spectrum of the less stable conformer of methyl vinyl ether has been measured in an electric-resonance optothermal spectrometer. Analysis of the microwave spectrum shows that the less stable conformer is effectively planar with a low barrier between two gauche forms of the confor
