In the reaction ~2eSn(12C, 4n)XS°Ba a highly excited isomeric state with a half-life of 8.8 4-0.2 ms was observed. The assignment to XS°Ba follows from the excitation functions and from the good agreement of the ~,-lines 360 4-5 keV, 555-4-5 keV and 690i5 keV observed in the delayed spectrum with th
