Abstract

Efficient one‐pot syntheses of sugar phosphates 4 – 8 are developed by way of displacement reactions of suitably protected monosaccharides with tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate and dibenzyl phosphates. This procedure is mild, convenient, and does not attack highly acid‐labile groups.

This Letter reports new and efficient synthetic approaches for biologically interesting cannabinoid analogues. The key strategies involve ethylenediamine diacetate/triethylamine-catalyzed cyclization. As an application of this methodology, one-step synthesis of biologically active natural (Γ€)-hexahy
