## Abstract __In vitro__ effects of organophosphorus compounds (OP), such as malathion (M), methyl parathion (MP) and ethyl parathion (EP), on calmodulin (CaM) activity and its active conformation were studied to understand the mechanism(s) of neurotoxicity, since CaM is known to regulate Ca^2+^ tr

Abstract
The growth of cholesterol crystals in gel medium in the presence of some bioactive compounds like extract of cassia fistula Linn (CF) have shown changes in the rate of nucleation, morphology and numbers of crystals with respect to control and treatment. The study reveals that CF material can be used as a potent inhibitor of cholesterol crystals. These crystals were characterized by Xβray and IR for structural determination. ## Abstract Melt growth involves mass transfer in a heated fluid, and an analysis of this problem needs a knowledge of the thermal, concentration and other boundary conditions. The geometry of the crystal growing apparatus also has significant influence (Pimpatkar, Ostrach). The factors affecting t
