Effect of non-ionic polymers on radioallergoimmunosorbent reactions

The effect of polyethylene glycol on the solid phase radioimmunoassay procedure for the estimation of reagins was studied. The enhanced uptake of specific anti-IgE antibodies to either sorbentallergen-IgE-or sorbent-antiallergen-allergen-IgEcomplex in the presence of polyethylene glycol was observed.
