The molecular theory of gemha te recombination is applied to the simple cubic lattice. and the results cqmpared to those obtaioed previously for the fa-tered cubic lattice The results demonstrare that_ for corresponchg molecular parameters, lattice topology is a strong dercrmhan t of re+xmbination/dation efficiency. The implications of this facr for inrerprehttion 01 apaimcntal dam in t-of the Onsager a& other continuum approximations are noted.

In order to examine the applicability of the multi spur model to the experimental data which were measured by a stroboscopic pulse radiolysis, the multi spur effect on the decay kinetics of geminate ion recombination was studied using Monte Carlo technique. Although it has been reported that free io
