## Abstract An experimental investigation of the hydrodynamics at the surface region of the liquid reveals that the soluble surfactants (sodium lauryl sulfate, glucose oxidase, and bovine serum albumin) affect both the length and the velocity scales of liquid eddies approaching the surface, which r
