β¦ Synopsis
We have investigated Co/Mn substitution effect on LaFePO 0.95 F 0.05 by measuring electrical resistivity. There is a clear difference in suppression rates of the superconducting transition temperature between Co and Mn doping. The present results indicate that Co plays as nonmagnetic impurity but Mn as magnetic one. The slow T c -suppression rate by Co doping indicates that the pairing symmetry of LaFePO is a fully-gapped s-wave, in contrast to the previous reports that indicate a nodal gap.
