## Abstract In a long‐term study using cyclosporin‐A (Cy‐A) as immunosuppressant in a dose of 10 mg/kg/day, pancreas‐duodenum was transplanted from Brown Norway donors to alloxan‐diabetic Lewis rats (n = 190). The pancreas transplants (PT) were performed after 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 months of diabe
