The neuroendocrine effects (changes in plasma CRF, ACTH and cortisol) of single and multiple (t.d.s. for 2 days) doses of ipsapirone (BAY Q 7821) 5 and 10 mg have been investigated in 6 healthy male volunteers. The study followed a balanced complete block, placebo-controlled and double blind design
