✦ Synopsis

The molecule of the title compound, C 20 H 18 N 4 O 6 ÁC 3 H 3 N, is non-planar. The central benzene ring makes dihedral angles of 85.73 (10) and 2.70 (12) with the terminal phenyl ring and the nitrophenylhydrazine mean plane, respectively. An intramolecular N-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bond helps to establish the molecular conformation.
