✦ Synopsis
Kcknivc product rotational smte distribwions for if + D2 -HD + D are reported based on the DWA of Suck Salk, and arc shown to agree rellsonablp well with observations. The rotational peak positions are found to have good correlation with computed "semiclassical" angular momentum.

The initial bimodal distributions of product MgH( u=O) rotational states in the reaction of Mg( 'P, ) with H2 or HD are found to be identical. Similar results were found for MgD( v=O) produced from D2 or HD. From these as well as other recent results, it is proposed that both the predominant "high-N
The state-to-state cross sections for D+ H2( u= j= I ) -HD( u' + 1, j' = 0-13 ) +H at total energy I .8 164 eV have been calculated by accurate quantum dynamics, using larger basis sets and more stringent convergence criteria than in previous work. The cross sections differ from previous calculation
