✦ Synopsis

Abstract

A novel planar‐reconfigurable dipole antenna on ungrounded dielectric slab with parasitic reflector which has dual‐band and steerable endfire pattern characteristics, is proposed. A prototype is fabricated and both simulated and measured results validate the advantages of this antenna. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
