Fractionation of proteins of mycelial cell free extracts from Saprolegnia monoica revealed the presence of two different (1.3)/~ glucanases. The most important fraction exhibited activity against laminarin and p. nitrophenyl BD. glucopyranoside. The other was active on both laminarin and oxidized la
